The finance provided by government is given as collateral free means you don't have to mortgage anything for taking the money and there is a cap for Sectors.

10 lakhs is the margin for setting up service industry and 25 lakhs for Manufacturing unit, for General category Candidates;they have to deposit 10% as the security before the money got transferred into there account and for rest all including women's its 5%.
